Issues appear late. QA finds defects that could have been prevented. Designers and engineers make good decisions, but not always consistent ones. Nobody’s quite sure who owns accessibility. Then everyone spends time fixing work they thought was finished.

I work alongside Product, Design, Engineering and QA while real work is happening.

That might mean:

• Reviewing designs before implementation
• Helping engineers solve tricky component behaviour
• Giving QA clearer checks
• Helping teams decide what “done” means
• Making ownership clearer
• Turning lessons from one feature into better ways of working
